Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of AudioBank.FM, including our website, upload tools, transcription workflows, audio library, generated notes, exports, and related services.

By using AudioBank.FM, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, organization, or team, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Use of the service

You may use AudioBank.FM to upload audio, generate transcripts, create summaries and notes, manage an audio library, search saved outputs, and export results in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

Your content

You are responsible for the audio, text, and other content you upload or generate through the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that content.

You keep ownership of your uploaded content and generated outputs, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service. By uploading content, you give us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content as needed to provide the requested features.

We do not pre-screen all user content, but we may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these terms, creates risk, or may harm users, third parties, or the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, upload harmful content, interfere with service operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

You may not use AudioBank.FM to process content that you do not have permission to use, violate privacy rights, distribute malware, overload infrastructure, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or resell the service without written permission.

Plans, payments, and billing

Some features may be free, limited, trial-based, or paid. Paid plans may include limits based on minutes, file duration, storage, exports, team features, or other usage measures described at the time of purchase.

If you choose a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are billed in advance and are not automatically prorated or refunded.

We may change pricing, plan limits, or included features in the future. If a change materially affects an active paid plan, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.

Cancellation and termination

You may stop using the service or cancel a paid plan according to the cancellation flow available in the product or by contacting us for help. Cancellation of a paid plan may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay fees, abused the service, or used the service in a way that may harm other users or our infrastructure.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep AudioBank.FM reliable, but the service is provided on an as available basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.

Transcription, summaries, speaker labels, timestamps, and other generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, employment, academic, or other important decisions.

Third-party services

AudioBank.FM may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, transcription processing, analytics, payments, email, support, and other operations. Those providers may have their own terms and policies that apply to their services.

Intellectual property

The AudioBank.FM name, interface, software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, resell, or exploit the service except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioBank.FM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and take additional steps where appropriate. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
